• International Graduate: possess, within the last three years, obtained a degree, diploma, or certificate from an appropriate post-secondary school in Canada
• Acceptance of full-time, indeterminate job offer (the job offer must not be temporary or have a defined end date) B.C. employer. It should be comes under as Skill Level A or B under
• Management occupations (grouped under Skill Type 0 in the NOC) are ineligible for this category.

International Post Graduate

Graduate degree in science or engineering from a B.C. institution. This category can help you gain permanent residence in B.C. You don’t need an offer for job to apply.

Graduation is must in the last 36 months with a master’s or doctorate degree in one of the eligible programs in the following disciplines:

BC PNP Tech

It provides a route to permanent residency for highly qualified individuals in specific, in-demand tech jobs.

Your work offer must be for a minimum of one year if you apply with a legitimate job offer in one of the qualified IT jobs (365 days) or at the time of making a BC PNP application, there were at least 120 days left.

Economic Mobility Pathways Pilot (EMPP)

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) inaugurated the Economic Mobility Pathways Pilot (EMPP) to offer supplementary routes for skilled refugees to PR in 2018. Due to the labour crisis in British Columbia, the EMPP assists employers in filling vacancies with qualified refugees.
